- Foundation: Pods placed on a 100mm concrete slab, extending around the house for specific utility connections.
- Roof and Garage: Truss roof extends over pods to form the garage, influenced by council regulations.
- Interior Connections: Clip-in floors and ceilings between pods, with services clipped through trusses.

Cost and Completion
- Cost Estimation: Each pod expected to cost under $30,000, fully equipped with air conditioning, internet, and security systems.
- Total Cost: Estimated at $90,000 for the pods, with additional costs to be determined.
