You select a property from the proposed lot plan, your home and land package is now a fixed, and you provided a not before date. You receive interest, you receive a return on your investment in the Fund while you wait.

2. Development Management

Homecorp is appointed as the Development Manager for your future home. Homecorp, with its expertise in construction and project management, ensures that development proceeds smoothly and efficiently, adhering to agreed specifications and timelines.

3. Maintaining Property Interest

Throughout the development process, your property interest remains intact. This means you retain all rights and benefits associated with the property, even as the lot is developed and transformed into a residential unit.

4. Flexibility and Security

If any changes occur during the development process, such as adjustments to the lot size or unforeseen construction modifications, you are offered alternative options that align with your original offer values and preferences. This flexibility ensures that your offer remains secure and aligned with their expectations.*

*If, for any reason, you do not settle the property, an administration fee of 20% of your Investment will be charged. Your capital will be returned when the lot you chose is sold to a third party

2. No Financial Advice: Oroshiuri Systems does not provide any form of financial advice. Our platform serves as a space for individual learning about subscriber products, enabling Members to make informed decisions independently.

3. Licensing Compliance: All subscribers featured on our platform are fully licensed under Australian corporations law. Any real estate offerings provided through our platform are covered by appropriate licensing under the Land Sales Act.

4. Confidentiality: Any communications that occur within the membership area are considered confidential. Members are expected to respect the privacy of other members and the information shared within the platform.

5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property within the membership area, including but not limited to content, resources, and materials, remains the sole property of Oroshiuri Systems Pty Ltd. Members are granted access for personal use and learning purposes only.

By becoming a Member of Oroshiuri Systems, you agree to abide by these Terms. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the termination of your membership.
