Homecorp is appointed as the Development Manager for your future home. Homecorp, with its expertise in construction and project management, ensures that development proceeds smoothly and efficiently, adhering to agreed specifications and timelines.

3. Maintaining Property Interest
Throughout the development process, your property interest remains intact. This means you retain all rights and benefits associated with the property, even as the lot is developed and transformed into a residential unit.

4. Flexibility and Security
If any changes occur during the development process, such as adjustments to the lot size or unforeseen construction modifications, you are offered alternative options that align with your original offer values and preferences. This flexibility ensures that your offer remains secure and aligned with their expectations.*
*If, for any reason, you do not settle the property, an administration fee of 20% of your Investment will be charged. Your capital will be returned when the lot you chose is sold to a third party
